Execution Risk Scanner

A ruthless six-minute diagnostic that exposes where your product’s speed is outrunning its governance, architecture, delivery, and security.

Execution Risk Scanner product preview

Execution Risk Scanner is a blunt operational diagnostic for founders, AI builders, SaaS teams, cybersecurity operators, and Web3 companies moving fast without enough structural control. Through 20 focused questions, it evaluates four critical risk areas: governance, architecture, delivery process, and security posture. In about six minutes, the app produces a deterministic 0–100 readiness score, category-level benchmarks, the five most dangerous weaknesses, and a prioritized action plan divided into immediate 48-hour fixes, seven-day improvements, and longer-term structural work. It is not a vague AI coach or generic checklist: the same answers always produce the same verdict, making results consistent, explainable, and comparable over time. The product is designed for teams that need clarity before scaling, launching, fundraising, onboarding enterprise clients, or pushing unstable systems into production. Its purpose is simple: expose where speed has outrun discipline before those gaps become outages, security incidents, failed delivery, compliance problems, or expensive technical debt.
